Phoebe Snow

Howard mentions Phoebe Snow who’s daughter Valerie was born with severe brain injury’s and passed away in 2007, at the age of 31. When she was born people told her to have her institutionalized however, she raised her herself. Howard said Valerie was her world and that when he talked to her she said she didn’t know what to do now, but that she would like to sing at Howard and Beth O’s wedding.
