Richard Belzer

Richard Belzer reminisces about George Carlin, he said his interpretation of the Ten Commandments was his favorite bit. He had known him for a long time, he remembers when Carlin was doing a show and wanted Belzer on and the producers wanted said no, however Carlin fought to get him on the show. Belzer was bummed because he could not bring his Poodle Fox Terrier with him today because they wouldn’t let him, he said this dog has changed his life, it followed him around when he was in France, he was a stray so Belzer took him home. He had never had a dog before, now he can’t imagine being without him, he brings him everywhere with him.
