Eric the Midget’s strip club tour is put on hold due to the difference of opinion going on over Eric billing Johnny Fratto. Eric is charging 35 an hour for appearance time, if he does the tour it would cost Fratto 300 thousand dollars for Eric’s time! Eric says he now has no money for food until he gets paid, Howard suggests that he call Fratto and try and work things out….
