Gange is upset because Artie took a girl he likes, Tracy from the Bowling Beauties to the David Letterman Show with him. Artie offered to back off, however Howard said no way get her yourself, if she likes you. Gange is laying claim because he was around her on Bowling Beauties, but like Howard said he had two weeks to ask her out and he didn’t but Artie did!
