Howard first meets Jeff the Drunk (Jeff Curro) during a show with William Shatner, Howard brings in dancer, Tabitha Stevens to play the game “Butt Billionare” he brings in Jeff the Drunk, who talks about the car accident he was in when he was eighteen, Jeff is pretty buzzed. Now Shatner has to answer several questions if he gets them all right, Jeff gets Tabitha’s butt, if he gets the questions wrong then Jeff gets Shatner’s butt!
