Howard finally gets a chance to talk to Dr. Remulak, he has been calling the station for years and simply says “I am Dr. Remulak” over and over and hangs up. He will only talk to John because he feels a connection, he seems to have OCD as he repeats the same thing over and over, he does have a girlfriend.
