Howard comments on the whole Dolly Parton issue, he said it was simply parody, Howard said he doesn’t want to cause her any harm. It has been said that she doesn’t really have a case because it was a parody and not done maliciously. Someone from Fox news suggested Howard send her some flowers and invite her on the show.
