Howard started the show talking about fat people with Artie, in particular two residents from Brookhaven one at 780lbs (more than the average family weighs) with a 5 foot waistline who has stated he doesn’t have a problem! The other, Kevin who weighs in at 523lbs and needs surgery because he has developed Lymphedema in his left leg however he can’t have surgery because he is to fat.
